The BAL 2022(Basketball Africa League) Playoffs will begin on 21 May 2022 and end on 28 May 2022. All the playoffs games will be played at the Kigali Arena in Kigali, Rwanda. Playoffs consists of quarterfinals, semifinals, a third place match and Finals.

A total of 8 teams are eligible to play in BAL playoffs. That are: REG, FAP, Petro de Luanda, Sale, Zamalek, SLAC, US Monastir and Cape Town Tigers. Winners of quarterfinals play in semifinals and winners of semifinals will fight for trophy. Whereas losers of semifinals will take part in third place match.
