The Royal London One-Day Cup 2021 is fifth edition of England’s biggest domestic limited over tournament. This tournament is organized by England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB). The tournament is to be held from 22 July, 2021 to 19 August, 2021. Somerset Cricket Club is current winner of the Royal London One-Day cup tournament.

The Royal London One-Day Cup is a fifty-over limited overs cricket competition for the England and Wales first-class counties. The number of overs per innings has been increased to 50 to bring the tournament in line with One Day Internationals. The competition features two groups of nine teams, with the top three teams from each group progressing to the quarter-finals. The groups for the 2021 season are based on a geographical split, with a North and South group.
