The French Open 2022 is a Grand Slam tennis tournament to be played on outdoor clay courts. It will be held at the Stade Roland Garros in Paris, France, from 22 May to 5 June 2022, comprising singles, doubles and mixed doubles play. Junior and wheelchair tournaments are also scheduled. Novak Djokovic is the defending champion in men’s singles, and Barbora Krejčíková is the defending champion in the women’s singles. French Open 2022 will be the 126th edition of the French Open and the second Grand Slam event of 2022. The main singles draws will include 16 qualifiers for men and 16 for women out of 128 players in each draw.

Eurosport has the rights for the French Open. The streaming service became the exclusive live broadcaster for the Roland Garros tournament. Monthly subscriptions for Eurosport start at £6.99/month or there is a £39.99 annual pass. The French Open 2022 will be aired live on the Sony Pictures Network and will be streamed live on SonyLIV across the Indian subcontinent (India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal, Bhutan & Maldives). 2022 French Open is also available to stream via the app on mobile, tablet or computer devices. BBC Radio 5 Live Sports Extra will also be offering commentary live from Paris.
In the US, complete TV coverage for the 121st edition of the French Open will be hosted by NBC, NBCSN, the Tennis Channel as well as on Peacock, NBC’s streaming app. Traditionally, the Tennis Channel airs the bulk of live matches weekdays beginning at 5 AM ET. For the two most important matches of the tournament, network television NBC has it covered with the women’s final on Saturday, June 4 starting at 9AM ET and the men’s final on June 5, 2022 beginning at 9AM ET.
