FIBA Women’s Basketball World Cup 2022 Live Streaming + TV Channels

The FIBA Women’s Basketball World Cup 2022 is the 19th edition of FIBA’s premier international tournament for women’s national basketball teams. This world cup will be held in Sydney, Australia between 22 September and 1 October 2022. The United States are the three-time defending champions.

ESPN will become the new broadcast home of international basketball for the next four years in Australia, with an exclusive partnership with FIBA, the International Basketball Federation, to broadcast FIBA’s international events including FIBA Women’s Basketball World Cup 2022.

FIBA, the world basketball governing body, and Finnish broadcaster Nelonen Media, have signed a new agreement to broadcast the country’s national team basketball games for the next four years. Nelonen Media will air all Finnish national team games on one of their flagship free-to-air channels. They will also offer a comprehensive package of other key games on both free-to-air and OTT services.

FIBA, the International Basketball Federation, has already partnered with Chinese state television broadcaster CCTV (Chinese Central Television) for FIBA Women’s Basketball World Cup 2022.

FIBA has expanded long-term broadcast rights agreement with the multiplatform Canadian network, Sportsnet. Through this new partnership, Sportsnet becomes the exclusive broadcast rights holder for FIBA Women’s Basketball World Cup 2022 and other major events.

FIBA has reached agreements with numerous broadcasters in Europe that ensures fans will watch international basketball through to 2025 on free-to-air TV. New agreements have been signed in Spain, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Poland and the Czech Republic, in addition to France, with an agreement announced this week with France Télévisions.

Saran Media Group has international basketball rights in Turkey, the Czech Republic and Slovakia for FIBA Women’s Basketball World Cup 2022. Saran hold the exclusive rights to live and delayed matches, highlights and clips across all existing platforms, including TV, online and mobile.
