The 2021 COPA America is 47th edition of COPA America. It is organized by South American football ruling body CONMEBOL. The tournament will be played in Brazil from June 13, 2021. Final match of COPA America will be played on 10 July, 2021. Host Brazil are the defending champion having won the title in 2019. Last year due to Covid 19 conditions the tournament was postponed.
A total number of 10 teams divided into two groups are taking part in this years COPA America cup. Group A, also known as South group has: Argentina, Bolivia, Uruguay, Chile and Paraguay. Group B, also known as North group has: Host Brazil, Colombia, Venezuela, Ecuador and Peru. Four teams from each group will advance into knockout stage and the team on last position will be terminated. Then there will be quarterfinals, semifinals, 3rd place match and final match.

Rede Globo has acquired the rights to broadcast Brazil matches only on its platform. Whereas SporTV hold the rights to broadcast all the matches in Brazil. Argentine football fans can enjoy live streaming of COPA America on Televisión Pública Argentina (Argentina matches only), TyC Sports (all matches). Fox Sports will broadcast all matches of COPA America 2021 in United States in English language whereas Univision will broadcast in Spanish language.
